Why Good Cops Make Bad Decisions

This is a leadership course for all law enforcement supervisors including communications and corrections. This course will prepare Supervisors to identify the early precursors of stress and equip them with the tools and resources needed to assist those under their command. The result will be a healthier more effective officer, saving one of the departments most valuable assets while reducing the departments exposure to liability.
