Reality based training

Our scenario based training can quickly get you up to speed in the skills you’re looking for without the high costs and complexity of other training. We make it as real as we can and use years of experience to hone in on the situations that are the most relevant. We can even custom design scenarios and training programs for your agency.

The latest technologies

We have the latest technologies available including our TI Training use of force simulator and virtual range. We can run you or your team through very realistic scenarios including low light, multi-weapon, decision making, and marksmanship stages. We can even create custom scenarios upon request. No eye or ear protection, no wear and tear on your firearm and no ammunition costs, because we’re a multi-agency training facility that give you this training cheaper and more frequently than your own agency and more often.

Combatives

Our Mission Ready Combatives system is specially designed for law enforcement and military members. This system was created by our instructors to be easy to learn and implement while limiting you and your agency’s liability. Our goal is to give you all the tools you need to win every engagement.

The state-of-the-art technology utilized at Rally Point Alpha prepares members for the highly complex and challenging conditions they may encounter in the line of duty. This technology includes scenario-based virtual training simulators that drop you directly into the action. Our technology has scoring, instruction, and debriefing capabilities with high quality audio and video, including low light scenarios. Our simulators are preset with hundreds of programmed evolutions, and we can create customized scenarios. Training with high-stress scenarios in simulators facilitates better performance under these same conditions in the field.

Train like you fight in our VR shooting range, without any eye or ear protection required. You can utilize this low-cost resource to practice and perfect your firearms and marksmanship skills in a safe and convenient environment. No ammunition is required, which makes this a very attractive option. Personal instructors are also available.

The defensive tactics training at RPA serves as an arena for regularly-scheduled classes and department-specific techniques and procedures. You may also use the area for one-on-one personal training with one of our instructors. We offer both military and newer MMA combat techniques to give you the best of both worlds and teach you the latest skills.

In addition to these, RPA offers driver training and other proficiency skills you need to stay competitive and safe in your career of choice.
