Mission Ready Combatives – Instructor School – Tier 1

This course has been determined to qualify for AZPOST continuing credit.

This basic three-day course will provide the new instructor with all of the skills and abilities to professionally train and evaluate a new officer within the Mission Ready Combatives system.

Combatives instructors train and evaluate candidates for hand to hand tactics within the law enforcement/detention/corrections communities.  Our basic 3 day course will provide the new instructor with the tools necessary to train and evaluate officers within their agency

Our basic instructor school prepares experienced law enforcement/detention/corrections officers for a career in field training. The course focuses on the instructor themselves, and how they can improve their interpersonal and instruction skills to increase officer retention, confidence, and skill set. The classes incorporate a variety of learning activities, including case law discussion, video scenarios, hands on learning, and teaching scenarios.

Students will receive class workbooks including curriculum notes, Mission Ready Combatives training program management outlines, and Mission Ready Combatives training form templates for use at their agency.

Certificates will be issued upon class completion.

• Adult Learning
• Combatives Fundamentals
• Offensive and defensive skills
• Suspect Control
